Daniele
Gozzi
was born
in St
Gallen
Switzerland
in July
of 1959.
Raised
by his
Italian
parents,
he
became
fluent
in many
languages.
After
completing
his
education,
he
became
an
architect
and now
has over
31 years
of
experience
in the
building
and
architectural
fields.
In 1983
Daniele
started
his own
architectural
firm in
the
heart of
St
Gallen,
an
upscale
city in
Switzerland.
The
firm’s
credits
include
historical
buildings
from the
12th
century,
public
schools,
restaurants,
stores,
processing
plants,
chemical
and
homeopathic
plants,
multifunctional
meeting
centers,
and
exclusive
condominiums.
In
addition,
Daniele
worked
on
alternative
energy
projects
since
the mid
80’s
which
included
lake
water
and
geothermal
heat
pump
development.
As the
firm
grew to
75
employees,
work was
done in
Switzerland,
Italy,
France,
Austria,
Germany,
Russia,
and the
USA.
These
projects
included
land
development,
restoration
of
historic
villas,
parks,
guild
houses,
office
design
any many
other
projects
for the
public
and
private
sectors.
Project
management
was also
a major
focus of
the firm
dealing
in real
estate
management,
consulting
for land
development,
and
overseeing
work on
castle
restorations,
hotels,
banks
and
various
Swiss
Embassy
locations.
In 1994
Daniele
moved to
the
United
States
to
expand
his
offerings
which
included
importing
many
lines of
fine
furniture
and
business
equipment
such as
USM
Haller
and
Kappler
Dental/Medical
furniture.
Additionally,
Daniele
established
Gozzi
Development,
Inc., a
fully
licensed
General
Building
Contractor
firm,
specializing
in
high-end
residential/commercial
property
development
as well
as
medical/dental
and
tenant
improvement
projects.
Located
on the
Monterey
Peninsula
in
Carmel,
Gozzi
Development
